How do I create an account?

You may register for an account directly from our home page or by clicking here.Please provide all requested information.

Do you offer complimentary shipping?

We do not offer free returns unless otherwise stated. All orders shipped will arrive within 1-7 business days.

Are returns free?

Yes, we offer free returns.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently don’t ship outside of Turkey but we’re working on it.

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept all credit and debit cards.

Can I pay on delivery?

No, all orders must be paid for at the time of order.

Where can I find my tracking number?

You can find your tracking number in ‘My Orders’ or in the shipping confirmation email sent to your email.

What is your online return and exchange policy?

You have 20 days from the ship date to to return your items. Any returns received postmarked after 20 days from the ship date will not be accepted and will be automatically reshipped to the custome. All items must be in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

Unfortunately exchanges are currently not possible.

How long will it take for my credit card to be refunded?

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
